    2021 Pastor Strengths Self Evaluation

    Each year TRC asks our pastors to provide information on their health as a pastor and effectiveness in their ministries. The challenges that 2020 presented may have dramatically uncovered your weaknesses and strengths. Our goal with this evaluation is to help TRC evaluate the needs of our pastors so that we may offer tools to help you better serve your congregations and communities.
