​Travel plans will be made by TRC unless specified below.​
  • FLIGHTS: Southwest Airlines is our preferred airline because of their change policy of not charging if you must change your flight. If at some point there needs to be a change to your flight, I will handle it on my end. We realize that SWA does not serve all airports and will use the one you provide below. 
  • ​ACCOMMODATIONS: The Summit and Board / District Leader Retreat will be held at the Denver West Marriott. 1717 Denver West Blvd, Golden, CO 80401. The Conference will make the arrangements for you. 
  • We will arrange transportation to the hotel from DIA on Wednesday.
  • Prior to your trip, you will receive a travel itinerary containing your flight and hotel information, as well as, a more detailed schedule of meeting times​.
    This year's Retreat will be just prior to our 2022 Leadership Summit in Denver, CO. The basic itinerary is:
    • June 15     Before 11AM  District Leaders arrive in Denver
                         12PM – 4PM  District Leader Meeting
                         Before 4PM  Board of Directors arrive in Denver
                         6PM – 8PM  Dinner
      June 16     9AM – 4PM Board of Directors / District Leader Retreat
                         6PM – 8PM Dinner
      June 17      1PM – 5PM Leadership Summit 2022
                         5PM – 7PM Dinner on your own
                         7PM – 8PM Worship & Ordination Service
                         8PM – 9PM Dessert Reception
      June 18     9AM – 1PM Leadership Summit 2022
       
    TRC will make the travel arrangements to arrive at Denver International Airport on Wednesday, June 15th and depart on Saturday, June 18th. If these dates differ from your availability, please let me know in the comment section below. 
    If you choose to make your own flight arrangements, TRC will reimburse you for your flight. Please send the receipt to admin@theriverconference.org.
